This Agreement is made between Tigi Chat and YOU. By installing and using Tigi Chat Application Or Tigi Chat Services you are hereby agree to comply bound with terms and conditions of this Agreement .In the event you cannot agree with or any of our terms ,you have to cease any and all use of the Tigi Chat Application where applicable, any and all use of the Tigi Chat Services . You expressly acknowledge and agree Tigi Chat is not a replacement for your primary telephone service .

User Generated Content

User-generated content (UGC) is the content created by users and which is visible to or accessible to other users.

Before creating or uploading UGC using the app, a user should accept the apps related terms of use and/or user policy.

Prohibited UGC:

The following UGC are strictly prohibited:

• Promoting sexually explicit user-generated content, including implementing or permitting paid features that principally encourage the sharing of objectionable content.

• UGC that define threats, harassment, or bullying, particularly toward minors.

• Posts, comments, or photos within an app that are primarily intended to harass or single out another person for abuse, malicious

UGC moderation:

All uploaded UGC will be moderated before being published to other users. And the application contains a friendly in-app system for reporting abuse behaviors and objectionable UGC and to take action against misuses where appropriate.

Objectionable content and behaviors:

Users who were reported frequently by other users and/or who do not comply to the apps terms and policies will be permanently banned from using the application service.

You will not sell, assign, rent, lease, distribute, export, import, reverse engineer ,attack, harm, decompiling, disassembling, scraping or hacking ,edit ,delete ,modify ,remove, overwrite ,spider, virus, worm, Trojan-horse, time bomb or any other codes or instructions that are designed to attack, distort, delete, damage, disassemble or otherwise interfere with the Tigi Chat Services or network, conceal or otherwise make the UI inaccessible or violate Tigi Chat Services act as an intermediary or provider, or otherwise grant rights or access to third parties with regard to the Tigi Chat Services or any part thereof. All content you share it with Tigi Chat,you should have the right to share it with Tigi Chat and other Users. And You agree not to challenge Tigi Chat rights in or otherwise attempt to assert any rights in the Services may not be used in any way, which is illegal, harmful or may be considered offensive by Tigi Chat,other Users or third parties. You therefore agree not to exploit the Services in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including but not limited to, trespass or burdening network capacity

Tigi Chat Application is free of charge however some of Tigi Chat Services Are paid Such As Tigi Chat Social ,and you are permitted to use this application for personal use "only" and You will use the Tigi Chat Services exclusively for lawful purposes Tigi Chat reserves the right to edit, correct, take down, store and/or permanently delete any material posted by you in any user profile, chat or other use of the Tigi Chat Services that Tigi Chat in its discretion deems to be in breach of the above rules or otherwise inappropriate for any reason, or no reason ,Tigi Chat have the rights to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice .You acknowledge that the contents of any data or communication sent or received using the Tigi Chat Services is exclusively the responsibility of the person from whom such communication or content originated. Tigi Chat Paid Services

Payments will be made exclusively to Tigi Chat and You need to agree to any specific terms presented at the moment of making a payment, including without limitation provisions relating to processing of personal data by that service provider which may differ from Tigi Chat policies and for which Tigi Chat is not responsible. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred using your User Account and Direct notify Tigi Chat if you believe that unauthorized access occur In your Account, please note that always check the up to date charges before proceed any payments. Obligations & Indemnification
